Help came fast to survivors of this deadly crash landing saturday. First responders overwhelmed by number of people able to help themselves before they cleared the plane. I was satisfied. I was i was happy. I felt like there was there was nobody left on that plane. Reporter there were two fatif fatalities. One of the two might have been contacted by our apparatus. We need to work, conduct interviews and let the coroner do their work. Reporter the coroner has not determined the cause of death for that victim. Investigators are sift through what remains of the boeing 777. The current focus of investigators is on the low air speed. About three seconds prior to impact the flight data recorder recorded its lowest speepd of 103 knots. Reporter also under scrutiny the pilots experience. South koreas Transportation Ministry said one pilot was in training and had less than 50 hours of experience on the 777. The survivors will be key to the crash probe as ntsb investigators hope to speak with as many of them as they can. The operator of the aircraft is a sfufr. We have the flight data recorder was saved intact. The cockpit voice recorder was saved intact. We have all of the tools to put an investigation together. Reporter the ntsb plans to talk to the pi lots about who was in command when the incident happened. Because this is a comparatively quiet time for aviation mishaps historically speaking experts say the ntsb will throw massive resources at this investigation. Moments ago a flury of activity here, police descending on the scene, pushing everybody back. It appears to be a focus on a car, car that is parked behind a building about two doors away from Michael Kingsburys home. We were back there. We saw police going through the back of the car, searching the back of the car, paramedics were called to the scene. They were approaching the car. It appears that they may have found something perhaps even this young man who has been missing now since around 9 00 on sunday morning. Michael kingsbury, 7 years old, autistic boy last seen at 9 00 around his house at 1709 West Virginia avenue. He was only wearing some pull up diapers and a red shirt and no shoes when he was last seen. Theres been an incredible search for this boy. Police, firefighters, citizens passing out flyers, going up alleys looking to and from to try to find him and then apparently maybe ten minutes ago now this big break. I mean police came here from every which way and they descend on the alley. Again, the focus is a car in the back of 1705 West Virginia avenue. It appears in the back seat of that car is where investigators are, paramedics have been called to that scene. We have no confirmation on what they found in that car but it appears to be a breakdown in the search for 7yearold Michael Kingsbury, missing now since 9 00 sunday morning. Tonight a mother from Northern Virginia whose baby died in a sweltering suv after she left him there all day on friday has been arrested and was arraigned today on a felony child neglect charge. The woman still remains in jail. Police say she forgot that her 8monthold son was in the back seat while she was at work all day. Northern virginia reporter david culver has more from another parent who says her child died after the same mistake. Reporter a wife, a mother now potentially a felon, this as zoraita magali conde hernadez, this is her mugshot the 32yearold mother from alexandria was in Arlington Court today. Shes accused in the death of her 8monthold son. Court documents explain what happened last friday. 9 00 in the morning hernandez heads to work her son in the back seat in his car seat. She goes in and starts her work day. At 2 30 she gets back in her car to pick up her 2yearold daughter at daycare. An hour and a half later she notices her son in his car seat unconscious. She rushed him to the hospital. It was too late. His bodys temperature 108 degrees. I was one of those parents that said you know what that could never happen to me. Reporter we talked to one who could understand hernandezs situation. In 2007 she left her own son in a hot car. He too died. When they tell you im sorry your child has died and you realize it was your fault, that feeling never goes away. From that nightmare, that day, you had a lapse in your responsibility to your child that never goes way. Reporter Fairfax County police says use this tragedy as a teaching moment and have who are help remind you like your childs daycare. Tell them in advance that are if im not going to bring my child will call you first. Reporter advice that could save a young life but for hernandez it comes too late. In arlington, im david culver, news 4. Hernandez is due back in court on wednesday for a bond hearing. Trial date has been set for august. Fire chief is making things better and they say recent Council Report that found the department to be understand staffed and over budget was politically motivated. Council is taking new steps to increase the powers of the Ethics Office. That office can odd mondayish city workers even if a formal complaint is not filed. Tom sherwood reports now. And now about 15 minutes ago police converged on the scene. Im told that a Police Officer who was involved in the search simply walked back into this parking area behind the building and looked in the back and saw the body of the young boy there. Thats what resulted in this convergence of police and Emergency Personnel on the scene. The cause of death here is unknown. Now homicide detectives are on the scene investigating. There are paramedics here on the scene. They are gathering information and evidence as well. But all we know now is that a body of a young boy found in the car behind a building on West Virginia avenue they believe its the body of 7yearold Michael Kingsbury, missing from this neighborhood since 9 00 on sunday morning last seen wearing just a pull up diaper and a red shirt, no shoes. Hes pleaded not guilty to seconddegree murder in the case saying he acted in selfdefense. Martins testimony directly contradicts what Police Investigators told the jury earlier in the day. I inquired as if that was in fact his son yelling for help. What was his response . It was more of a verbal and nonverbal. He looked away and under his breath as i interpreted it said no. He was crying and he was sad. He had his head down. What was going through your mind when you were listening to that . Basically what i was listening to, i was listening to my sons last cry for help. I was listening to his life being taken. And i was trying to come to grips that trayvon was here no more. Reporter as he continued his testimony martin told jurors now hes certain its his sons voice screaming for help just before the fatal shot was fired. Yeah, now Tracy Martins testimony followed several of George Zimmermans friends who were called as character witnesses. They all said they heard zimmermans voice in the background of that call.
