This good afternoon a grand jury indicted three brothers for an ambush at a Police Station that led to the death of a prince g michael ford faces three counts and he is accused of opening fire in march. Before that shooting, investigators say his brother malik recorded michael fords last will and testament on his phone and planned to use it to gain publicity. Malik and another brother, elijah then sat in a car and recorded the attack on the Police Station with their cell phones. Officer jacai colson was ultimately killed by friendly fire in the chaos of that situation. Prosecutors say they hope this indictment starts to bring some closure. Officer colson, we are always mindful, came there to help and was killed and so this is damaging, but we are appreciative for the support the community has given us. We will ton move forward with this case and attempt to bring some peace to the family of officer olson as well as to this department and this commun facing attempted murder and conspiracy to commit murder charges. Sleep experts say the early wake ups are driving our areas increased risk of drowsy driving. People arent getting enough sleep during their normal workweek.
