Outside their home you can see sleds piled up. Neighbors say this community is full of children. Police say the driver of that car, a 65yearold woman, was not speeding nor under the influence. This was an Accident Police say. After it happened officers say the woman worked to help the injured child. This is certainly a tragic example of how quickly something can happen even when youre apparently doing the right things. That includes folks towards extreme southern maryland, the Northern Neck areas around fredericksburg and then a highimpact event were calling for upwards of 4 inches or more of snow, probably the biggest snowfall weve seen this season easily, especially in the d.
