>> it seems we're well into the investigation at this point. we should wrap up relatively soon. i think we'll have it open probably within the hour >> now this kind of brings to light the dangers of getting outside your vehicle on the side of the road. obviously it's very dark out here. this was a disabled vehicle. what reminder is out there for motivists?
