Your dentist is happy about that, probably. I know. It is very chewy. Put butter and sugar in a bottom pot and add honey and heavy cream. Stir it together. Bring it to a boil. Stir it constantly. Turn it down to medium. Stir it for ten minutes. You want your candy they are mm ter to reach 235 to 245 degrees. Very important when making candy. How is that going to the index finger . I wouldnt touch it. Take it off the heat and stir in baking soda. While hot, spread popcorn over a baking pan and sprinkle fresh North Carolina peanuts into it. Pour the caramel over it and stir it.
