Well, its sort of goes to my life. Ive been on tv for like 15 year, right . For the longest time i was playing it safe because i think i thought i wanted everybody to like me all the time then i woke up, why do i care if anybody likes me because i dont care if anybody likes me so i wanted to tell someone the stories in my life that might be pretty candid. Im really candid and tell it like it is. 100 me, i wrote it myself and crazy things that happened to me and wonderfully romantic things and embarrassing things. Including something creepy about me on page 92. There is something a little creepy. Want me to read it. I guess. You can read it. All right so theres a quote that goes, almost behind schedule, what does that even mean. Either youre behind skid or not. S that a all thats like saying you almost won the lottery or almost touched the back of gts stephanopoulos neck when you were asleep next to him on the red sigh. But you didnt because would be creepy. I dont want to probe anymore. Well let that go and cook. We have some cooking. Who likes mac and cheese around here . Yes . [ cheers and applause ] mac and cheese can be caloric. Theres a great way to add extra flavor and nutrition and cut down on the calories using Butternut Squash and make it in 25 minutes have this done so on top of the stove you do cubed Butternut Squash. Chicken stock in there, some milk and going to add two cloves of garlic to that. Now, you just simmer that until dont chop it up. Leave it like this and simmer until the squash gets fork tender. As soon as that happens you put it into your blender. Be careful it its really hot. Put it in your blender with some parmesan cheese, some gruyere cheese and greek yogurt and blend it together and what you get is a cheese sauce that looks like this. Like a velveeta cheese sauce almost. A little salt, a little pepper. Theres a little spice. Really not too much spice. There is a little kick of pepper. Red pepper neighbors and mix that with in cavatapi and toss it up with italian bread crumbs and parsley and salt and pepper and i think thats what youre responding to. So good. That flavor, a little pepper goes a long way. You dont have to bake it again. If you wanted to you could put it under the broiler but you dont have to. Really good. Thank you. Then the crunch is just a bread crumb. Just a little bread crumbs. No bacon on this one. Would you like to taste, george, since youre in my book. Healthwise, how much better is it for you. It is half the calories of wow. [ applause ] usually twice as much. You say half. But whats half of what . Well, the serving you have in your hands is probably 350 to 400 where a bowl of mac and cheese can go about a thousand calories. Dont worry about it. Really good. Im glad you like it. Meanwhile, we have other problems, a water main break causing problems in trenton market at 29 caused an accident in that area. Offramp is blocked there, as well. Looking out on the schuylkill expressway, 39, 32 minute ride in both directions. Heavy traffic, westbound traffic heading toward king of prussia. On the schuylkill expressway eastbound approaching the blue route we had an accident thats moved off to the shoulder. You see slow speeds on the schuylkill expressway and i95 always problems there, matt. David murphy is outside and he doesnt want to be.
