Abedi was a terror suspect in the uk. Mi5 were aware of him. They were aware he posed a potential threat. But they didnt think he posed the imminent threat that he obviously proved himself to do in manchester. Were hearing his brother may have been detained in one of the raids yesterday in the manchester neighborhood called moss side, just a few miles from the concert arena. The area is considered by police to be a center of isis recruitment. We saw that memorial growing there in manchester.
