She was sitting in her patrol car shot multiple times in the arm, her vest stopping several of the bullets. That suspect eventually is chased by officers that hear the shots that were fired. He runs and shoots five more people innocent victims here including an officer with the university of pennsylvania. One woman sadly was pronounced dead as a result of the shootout. We had a chance to speak with commissioner richard ross about the note that was found on the shooter. Investigators at the scene found an envelope that on the outside was marked domed, or something to that effect. So they have since opened it in an effort to obviously try to identify him and any Additional Information that would help us with the investigation. That letter that he had was a bunch of rambling indicates his hatred for Police Officers and probation officers.
