Reporter hi walter, septa is still inking the deal to lease two dozen pieces of equipment to add to the Regional Rail fleet. That would mean additional capacity for passengers and updated train schedules for tomorrow mornings commute. Im very happy to report that we will be adding a considerable amount of equipment. Reporter there is good news for frustrated septa Regional Rail riders, 18 additional cars and three locomotives will hit tracks first thing monday morning to ease overcrowding and delays. At a News Conference friday septas general manager, announced the equipment will be leased from amtrak, new Jersey Transit and marylands transit agency. These will allow us to have three additional train sets out there, with roughly 1700 total seats and we will be working to get multiple trips. Reporter riders need the extra room. Officers were responding to a report of two men yelling at each other on elinor street near rising sun.
