Sources tell me that penndot needed to repair the guardrail before they could reopen. This is from a horrific three vehicle crash that kill aid 5yearold boy and hurt three others. They found open alcohol containers in the car. Nadine walton of new jersey lost control and hit the guardrail, the 5yearold and a 2yearold girl and woman were all tossed from the vehicle on impact and then it was struck by two other vehicles. The little boy was found dead at the scene. All the wounded were taken to Lehigh Valley hospital.
