Developing this morning a fast moving fire damaged at least three homes in chester Delaware County. This is viewer video from the 2600 block of cane street. Firefighters got to the scene to find six smoke and thick smoke and flames around 11 oclock last night. It took crews about a half hour to get the fire under control. There are no reports of injuries. Investigators are still trying to get to the bottom of what caused the fire. The girl suffered a gun shot to her leg yesterday. The shooting happened at third and north harrison street in wilmington. A 23yearold man took a bullet to the hip. The gunman and motive are still unknown. Police are looking for the gunman who shot a man to death in front of his northeast philadelphia apartment building. It happened along the 10,800 block of keswick road last night and Police Arrived to find the 21yearold victim shot in the chest. He was taken to the hospital where he later died. Witnesses told police they saw a man and a woman running from the scene. Theyre allowing traffic to drive through there at the moment. I wouldnt be surprised if they entirely shut down passyunk avenue. Be careful as youre heading on passyunk eastbound now in south philadelphia near 25th street. Just under the schuylkill expressway. You could see as you travel there, youre dealing with this water main break. You might want to stick to grays ferry instead or use penrose avenue and we saw the action cam up ahead over there as well. In New Castle County weve got a problem here with a tractortrailer thats leaking diesel fuel out on i95 northbound approaching route three from marsh road. Thats exit number nine so expect some restrictions in that area and these downed wires are blocking the right lane on 301 here in New Castle County. Its northbound. One more thing i want to mention.
