Internal affairs, homicide detectives are here. This happened before 3 00 a. M. Two Uniformed Police officers in a marked vehicle pulled over a white Dodge Charger for a traffic violation. The charger was a rental with florida plates and has not been reported stolen at this point. At some point during the exchange an officer opened fire and the 26yearold man was hit once in the head. The officer who opened fire is in internal affairs. His partner is being evaluated for stress at the hospital. At this point they continue to gather evidence on the scene.
