Theyll come back at 11 oclock and close them overnight n sanatoga crews blocking a lane on 422 its eastbound past evergreen road. Its been moved off to the shoulder. Had been blocking a lane because of the debris on the roadway so thats the update for you now. Emergency crews on the scene with this one. You want to watch for that. In hatfield Montgomery County another accident here. Police are on the scene on forty foot road at welsh road. Traffic is getting by. Its not blocking forty foot road entirely but something to watch for as you head out matt. Thank you karen. It was right around this time yesterday morning when a man put a knife up to two random people in center city. Police are following up on leads but the slasher is still out there. Action News Reporter Annie Mccormick is live at the scene of one of the attacks 23rd nd walnut streets. Reporter police say they have no idea what this mans motive is. They say hes armed with a knife and it appears he was picking his victims at random. This is Surveillance Video of the man police say is armed with a knife and connected to two center city attacks. The first was here around 6 00 a. M. Tuesday a plan was stabbed as he had walked near 23rd and walnut. The victim told him he and the suspect exchanged looks then the suspect ran at him attacked him stabbing him in the side and hand. Ralph wilson works at river loft apartments and intervened. I hollered yo can cut that bleep out and he just stopped and kindly walked away like he didnt have a care in the world. Reporter minutes later and just blocks away at 20s first and arch, Josh Mcnamara was walking to the gym. He became the next victim. Turned and started to walk away and thats when this guy came back around the corner and slashed at my cheek. Reporter mcnamara has a cut on his face but is otherwise okay. He says the suspect yelled at him prior to the attack. Police say both victims describe the same man. Neither were robbed. The motive is unclear and the attacks appear to be isolated to this part of center city. From what we have thus far it appears he approaches the individuals pulls out the knife and begins to cut the individuals. Reporter . Reporter both of the victims have been treated and released from local hospitals. Police are upping their patrols around this area. If you have any information youre urged to call them. New this morning a driver crashed in front of aria Frankford Hospital trying to get help for a shooting victim. Police are holding that suv as evidence. They found a shell casing inside it. The driver had come from the 4900 block of dara street. Someone shot a 31yearold man there just after midnight and also struck a woman in the leg. 24yearold female after she was shot in the leg, she ran about two blocks to aria Frankford Hospital. We followed a trail of blood which led to the hospital. Police have not raid any arrests but found money and pills at the shooting scene and believe the motive could be drugs. Detectives are question the driver that of suv. Jury deliberations begin today in center city beating trial. Katherine knott is charged with taking part in a group as salt on a gay couple last year. In south jersey, the search is on for a thief whose allegedly attacked three gas station attendants during three separate robberies. The first incident happened at a speedy gas in Burlington Township last month. The suspect reportedly distracted the clerk, hit that person on the head, grabbed cash and then ran off. Similar attacks were reported at a fuel express and a u. S. Gas. Both in burlington city. Police believe the same man is responsible for all three incidents. A florida man who tried to break into a jail to visit friends will get his wish. Police say this surveillance shows Patrick Rempe smashing his sedan through the front of a correctional facility in indian river county. Glass shatters and the car starts smoking. Rempe led officers on a foot chase and reportedly scaled a razor wired fence and got stuck. Authorities believe he was high on drugs. The search continues for a hit and run suspect who is accused of striking a philadelphia officer with his car. 26yearold Maurice Taylor reportedly refused orders to stop on monday night. He then jumped into a car driving the wrong way down the 2700 block of sears street before he hit the policeman. The officer has a head injury, a broken leg and a shattered kneecap. A man was shot in the stomach and robbed of his bike in southwest philadelphia. It happened in the 5700 block of warrington avenue last night. The 20yearold victim is in critical condition. The suspect took off on the victims bike and is still at large this morning. An unwanted dog an 10yearold new jersey girl with special needs have only been together for three days and already they share a special bond.
