The store with the owner chasing him and they grab the handgun from this individual, they believe he is involved in at least seven of these robberies and the other suspect is tied to four of them. In one of the cases two suspects are seen running across a parking lot and they get into the passenger side of a car and someone else is the get away driver, police say these guys were bold and very dangerous, pointing a gun at store employees all over the city. Definitely when you have an individual that is armed with a handgun that is arming someone that is a dangerous situation, and we are lucky no one was injured in these incidents. Former penn state assistant football coach, jerry sandusky, was back in court today to appeal his convince on sex abuse charges and todays hearing took a turn and ended up entangled with the Kathleen Kane scandal. The hearing in bellefonte took an unexpected twist today, there is now a court order that embattled attorney general turn over what to be critical information that could benefit sandusky. Jerry sandusky back in court his goal to somehow overturn his 2012 conviction. It was sanduskys attorney that did the talking, that needed to subpoena people and that there was malicious abuse of sanduskys rights. And then this surprise, from Kathleen Kane. Trial judge john cleland ordered kane to present it to him. The hope of all people, the attorney general could provide evidence that could possibly lead to overturning sanduskys conviction. This judge is taking seriously what we said in our petition that there were grand jury leaks and it should result in a dismissal of the charges. Other than appearing tired he looked much the same as three years ago, no noticeable weight gain or loss while in prison.
