Were taking a look right now our newest sky 6 camera, the Temple University sky 6 showing a lost clouds over that center city skyline and theyve been tough to break this entire day. In fact take a look at double scan live radar. Were still dealing with some showers along the shore communities from millville to fortescue, desks right to Sea Isle City, Atlantic City and cape may so not the prettiest of days to be is the at the shore but even here eventually the showers will end and push off the coast in the next hour or so. But at the shore with the rain, it is a raw 40 degrees right now in Sea Isle City, 42 in Atlantic City, 47 philadelphia, 46 right now in allentown and wilmington just 47 degrees and a big change from this time yesterday. Weve dropped close to 20 degrees if not even more than that in the state of delaware from yesterday afternoon when we were in the mid and upper 60s where today we are well below average only in the 40s. Double scan live radar a wider look showing the showers continue from boston straight all the way down to raleigh north carolina. The cold front that was moving pretty quickly yesterday kind of slowed down across our area and it will take its time pushing off the coast and in fact, the clouds will hang tough throughout the overnight hours tonight but the rain will be gone so heading out for friday night it will be a dry night despite its chilly and cloudy. In fact, after midnight some energy may try to ripple through so we could see some late flurries flying after midnight with temperatures below freezing north and west, at freezing in wilmington and millville and just 36 degrees in cape may. Wind chills by tomorrow morning, though, 23 allentown 21 in reading, 26 in philadelphia and look at saturday afternoon. Still feeling below freezing at the peek of the day tomorrow north and west 37 millville and even at the shore between 34 and 39 degrees. It does turn milder on monday with some clouds, maybe even a spitting shower early on monday and then clouds increase again on tuesday 56 degrees with some late day showers. And it doesnt get much better tomorrow afternoon as that low develops and a high to the west, weve got a strong breeze out of the northwest cloudy cold with a sprinkle or a snow shower throughout the day with wind chills only in the 30s and then this high kind of noses and settles in here 46 degrees with a lot of sun the second half of the weekend but temperatures remaining 11 degrees below average.
