The owner sustained injuries to his head and face and taken to the hospital. The suspect was cut and bruised in the struggle and taken to the hospital in police custody. It turns out that the mall who forced his way into the home on 6th street was positively identified as firing several shots that caused the death of a 46yearold male who was killed at 5th and spencer.
