We were told that she fell from the second floor of her home on to cement pavement but she is in stable condition at this time. Well, take a look at this video. This is video from the scene. 16th District Police there at the 800 block of north marco street in West Philadelphia. It was in the rear of this home where police say the 2yearold girl fell from a back window from the second floor. Police say there was no screen covering the window. The child was playing with toys at the time. Her mother was in the other room when she heard the child scream. Police say that little girl fell on to cement pavement. Now, the fall happened just after 7 30 tonight. Police say there do not appear to be any signs of foul plays and looks like an accident. However, the investigation is ongoing and detectiveses from the special victims unit are handling the investigation. Back out here live, again, that little girl in stable condition. Police found the burned and dismembered body of a man who appears to have been shot to death. Neither the victim or his killer has been identified. Bob brooks.
