Because an Armed Robbery suspect now in Police Custody and hes been terrorizing this community. And were no longer showing the face of this serial robbery suspect because police discovered hes only 14 years old. Hes been on a big boy crime spree. On streets at various hours near the campus 15 armed Robberies Police say in the Drexel University area in 30 days. Many of them violent. On september 30 police say he pistol whipped a student who resisted. 6 00 in the morning walking from home and male pulls up on bike, give me your purse. She resists initial limit he grabbed the furs and breaks the strap and punches her in the face and she sent chases him and catches up and pushes him off the bike. A tragedy at Swarthmore University today a student died after falling more than 40 feet down embankment before 3 00 this afternoon crumb woods a hiking area east of campus. Investigators say the death was accidental and the student is identified as 18yearold from bay side, new york. And a suspect has been arrested for the beating death of a 5 2yearold woman inside a boarding home no philadelphia. The whole thing unfolded a bit before 3 30 this afternoon, 37 3700 block of north 18th stree street. The woman was discovered badly beaten and rushed to temple where pronounced dead a short time laterch the suspect who was not released the name yet knew the victim.
