Elias its hard to pinpoint exactly where things went wrong for paul rhoads, but it may have he certainly had some big wins in his time in ames, but ultimately it was the games he lost and how he lost them that sealed his fate. 2013 was a frustrating one for rhoads. At the same time you have to remember our recipe and our recipe is about our people and we have a football coach that represents this institution extremely well, that our fans have clearly shown, far greater than any other coach weve had, that theyre willing to engage and support. For that reason i believe pauls the right person and were going to give him every opportunity, but at the end of the day he knows it, i know it, our fans know it, you have to win, or win at some level in order to keep feeding that beast.
