Report also found that the impact of the instability on the childrens lives and their learning ability could be measured. And that theres no question it takes a toll. One thing that we found in the report is that for the first time we were able to look at Student Outcomes looking at students who were homeless versus students who were housed but poor and students housed and not poor, and across every single indicator, homeless students were struggling more educationally.
