Video shows that crutcher was unarmed and his hands up at time. The officer, betty shelby is charged with first degree manslaughter. And the oil is continuing to flow as engineers by passed of the homeowner came with a gun, shooting round after rounds. She shot and killed one of the men. Police say that she was well within her rights. Electronic monitoring devices are used criminals. What happens when they cut the devices off and the state cant track them down. For taisha, coming home is not theres a lot of questions in my mind about what this has become. Missing my sister, coming home only makes it far worse. She was one of three people shot and killed at the home in march. Another woman survived by playing dead. Police say that Darius Robinson was on house arrest and took off his electronic monitoring device before removing the device. It was a week befo captured in virginia. The fact that he removed his device and no one could find himming for a while. Thats a drastic jump from where he should have been and where he was able to get reporter records show there have been 800 tampers on electronic monitor dealing vices. Hannah who will oversees the program. She says that instances like happen because of wear and tear, rather than the person cutting it off. No one can predict human behavior. Whether you wear this or not. What this does is helping us and Law Enforcement having a head starred. The company that makes the devices is immediately notified when someone cuts it off. These temperatures will climb once again to near 90 this afternoon. We will a get rid of the fog this morning. 10 00. 82 degrees at lunchtime. 86 at 2 00. 89 the High Temperature at 4 00 this afternoon. Dew point at 66 puts us in the muggy category on our comfort index scale but there is cooler and drier air moving in for this week ahead, something to look forward to. Today, after you get rid of the fog, we have the last really hot day in the forecast before temperatures start feeling like fall here through moles of this tomorrow morning. Well watch for a few showers as we head into sunday. Most of the sunday will be dry and well see a mixture of sunshine and clouds likely as that front passes through the area.
