The Captains Endowment Association tells us at least 20 high ranking officers have been interviewed by federal agents. Under the old rules an advisor could steer a client into any suitable investment no matter how much it cost. Now, if a similar and cheaper investment is available, they must recommend that one. Tonight, it will be cool with a clear sky, down to 26 degrees in the city with winds out of the northwest 5 to 15 miles per hour. And then the rain begins to roll through tomorrow.
