Where is all the cold air . Its back across the west. 40s in the pacific northwest, 30s from the rockies over toward fargo. But thats not dreadfully cold. Thats still well up into canada. Youve heard us talking about el nino. And that is happening over the pacific ocean. That is what usually causes mild weather here whenever it happens every three to four, five years. St eream that is basically keeping the cold air locked in place. We have a big High Pressure system which usually we dont see unt the summertime. At is keeping the temperatures, combination of all those things, 10 to 20 degrees ove average for the next 6 to 14 days. Sources tell me this happened near grand and west burnside. Tonight they tell us it happened as the woman was walking to her home, she was kidnapped from her front doorstep. Police on the hunt for these three women, detectives believe they attacked a 20yearold as she arrived home. It surprises me. Those things dont usually happen in that neighborhood. Reporter the victim was at her Apartment Building door and a group of vehicle six women forced her into a black suv, taking turns pumping her even where brass knuckles.
