The storm is not expected to impact land for another day, but watches and warnings are in effect across the region. A building was destroyed overnight at a former waterpark. Authorities are asking for the publics help in identifying who might be responsible. Mike cronin joins us from laconia with the latest. Mike the waterpark closed in 2006. Currently, the property is for sale. Firefighters say one of the buildings was fully engulfed in flames. Look at this video shot by a witness around midnight. That is the main office. Firefighters struck one alarm and it took them a couple of hours to knock down the fire. No one was in the building and there were no injuries. Firefighters say it was hard to get to because of heavy vegetation and trees in the area and they could not get their trucks to the building. But the recent rain helped in battling the fire. The vegetation was fairly what. Recently, we would have had a large spread of fire throughout the trees and brush. When i first spotted it, you could see it was going.
