It the second time this has happened and right now, although theyve added a 247 monitoring system, they cannot guarantee it wont happen again. Back in december the propane emergency affected more than 120 customers, at least five keene residents were treated for carbon monoxide, and it took at on sunday the problem affected only one customer and it was fixed in just seven minutes. But tonight they say plans to convert the keene plant from propane to natural gas may be put on the fast track to eliminate this issue altogether.
