not able to tell if it was a body of a man or woman. here's all new video from the scene. fire happened just after nine last night at 5313 elmer avenue. when firefighters arrived they found a garage on fire. it was behind a vacant house. once inside, they found the body but were not able to identify it. this morning investigators are trying to determine how it start and we will bring you new information on abc 2 news pown com. we learned within the past hour new developments in information on the controversy involving the perry hall soccer team. a report says it was more than just a dance
