Miriah we may be in the second half of february now, but Winter Weather is still making its in lebanon, indiana, a 40to50car pileup on i65 caused quite a scene out on the roadway. State police say that rather than one huge pileup, there were a series of crashes along a twomile stretch. A number of injuries were reported, but state police say the most serious was a broken leg. New yorkers also not getting much love from Mother Nature on valentine s day. The temperature in the city dropped to minus one degree, the lowest in 22 years. That s according to a source familiar with the case who says the decision was made by scalia s family and officials in texas. The 79yearold justice died in his sleep during a hunting trip to texas. This was the scene saturday night at the rabbit hash general store. Hundreds of people visited the local favorite over sunday to look at what the fire left behind. The owners say the general store had been in their family for generations. They were able to salvage a few items, but residents say the town lost much more. A part of the generations. The rabbit hash general store owners have set up a gofundme page to rebuild the store. So far, they ve raised about 300,000. Their goal is to hit a quarter million. Mark a man injured in that machete attack at a columbus, ohio, restaurant says the attacker s face was full of hate. Gerry russell says he and his wife, debbie, were finishing up their dinner when they saw mohamed barry. Russell says both he and his hands and had to undergo five hours of surgery. Police shot and killed barry after he threatened officers with a knife and that same machete. Lisa a Police Officer forced to fire his weapon during a traffic pursuit in mount lookout. Police say they tried to stop the suspect just before 2 00 sunday morning, but the driver kept going. That driver then crashed into a parked car on linwood avenue and took off on foot. The officer fired one shot, but did not hit the suspect. Police did arrest the person but have not released the suspect s name. Kroger says it worked for months on a physicianapproved protocol including a detailed checklist to make sure patients and family members are prepared to use narcan.
