Also out of Richland County, deputies say a married couples fight over whether to get sassy lead to a beating and a stabbing last night. Officers say around 9 00 p. M. , they got a call about a domestic dispute at a home on ranch road. According to officers, the couple was arguing over whether to get churches chicken when the husband punched his wife knocking her out. She grabbed a knife and ststbed her husband multiple times. Both were taken to Palmetto Health richland with non lifethreatening injuries. No charges have been filed yet in the incident. A gaston man has been charged with assisting his man his wife with committing suicide. 63yearold randy jones deputies say early last week, jones provided his wife with an excessive amount of medication. Deputies say that jones was also planning to overdose. The victims victims body was found december 22. Jones is being held in the lexington county detention center.
