Karen mull over the thick pact of recommendations from the state health board of trustees. It includes a recommendation to drop coverage for spouses forcing them to seek Health Insurance elsewhere. That would be devastating, actually, for a lot of our families. Karen the proposal would completely eliminate the popular 80 20 plan. That has very low coverage. The out of pocket deductible for the low Coverage Plan would advance very quickly to 4,500 a year. Karen a huge financial burden for the average heywood county teacher. Engineering student and part Time Construction worker Shane Mccarthy took notice when the state replaced this concrete median with a much more expensive decorative stamp concrete. When the dot began looking at replacing the 60year old island, they learned that money was available for beautification projects. When we found out we could use those funds, we added the stamp portion as well as the islands. It seems backwards. Frank but the dot says safety is always their priority.
