A local 12, obtained Surveillance Video that appears, the car is going off the bridge and splashing into the river. The police are figuring out what happened to force the grand prix over the wall. The real focus is recovering the occupant or occupants of the car. Late yesterday, Campbell County police, got a call from the missing persons family. They spoke with family members and found out the person was last seen in Campbell County and drove across the bridge regularly. They are not releasing a name until they get a positive id. They do not know about any additional missing people who may have been in the car. They have a Recovery Plan in they are just waiting for a slower moving river. For us the most important aspect of the recovery is the occupants of the vehicle. Were not going to rush anything. I heard a lot of comments, regardless of how high it is. That doesnt diminish our chance of recovering the victim, that may not be involved. Before it flows the drivers.
