arenas is already sentenced -- suspended by the wizard's since the beginning of january after he got into a locker room incident. gilbert arenas said the whole thing was a joke. will the judge to spare him from jail? today the star guard of the wizards will once again have his day in court. do you think he deserves jail time? >> probation. >> a federal judge broke determine which sentence he will serve for felony count of possessing a gun in the district. prosecutors are asking for three months of jail. gilbert arenas had four firearms in the verizon center. they say he tried to cover it
