Hes known to use at least six ail yachts and have three different nationalities and warns hes under urgent suspicion and could be armed and dangerous. Police say hes suspected of hijacking the semi at this depot just a few miles from the Christmas Market. The original truck driver, a polish man found dead in the cab seen here in cctv footage hours before the attack. That truck loaded with 50,000 pounds of steel bull dozing through the market smashing stalls and crushing people. Leaving at least 11 dead. Inside that cab, officials made a shocking discovery, a wallet found with amris i. D. Inside. German officials saying he had been on their radar for months because of suspected ties to radicals which is why his asylum request was rejected. Authorities offering a more than 100,000 reward for information leading to amris capture saying he is a suspect but not necessarily the perpetrator of the monday attack. Isis is claiming responsibility for the carnage after sending out recent messages calling for supporters to use trucks to attack public gatherings. The Atlanta Power broker admitting he shot his wife in the back but claiming it was all a terrible accident. This morning, prominent atlanta attorney claude tex mciver is behind bars charged with Involuntary Manslaughter after shooting his wife to d the backseat of an suv. According to authorities the 73yearold and his wife diane were being driven home by a friend after a dinner in late september. Ending up in an unfamiliar neighborhood. He looked around him and said, basically i wish we hadnt gotten off here. He asked diane if she would reach into the console and hand him his pistol. Reporter mcivers spokesman said they feared unrest surrounding recent black lives matter protests in the area but the suv moved on without incident. Moments later according to the spokesman mciver fell asleep and that the loaded gun in a Plastic Grocery bag on his lap accide accidentally went off when the car hit a bump on the road. A bullet striking diane in the back. Diane said something to the effect of, tex, i think youve shot me. Reporter mciver never called 911. His wife dying in the hospital that now. Now hes correcting his own spokesmans story about the incident telli journal constitution that the pair wasnt fearful of black lives matter but it was pulled out as a precaution in an area with Homeless People and the car never hit a bump. Well, i can tell you this, if he had not been a prominent member of the Atlanta Society and wealthy to boot he would have been in jail that night and then they would ask questions later. But this is what we know. We know that that night she goes into the hospital at emory even though there were hospitals much closer. They say they thought it was the best hospital in the area. But then later that night around 5 00 a. M. , he checks himself into the hospital with a panic attack and does not speak to police for two full days. Thats going to be an issue. Now, another thing is they just had an estate sale of all of her belongings including about 100 fur coats. Now, i would have advised him to hold on to her clothes until the never a good look to sell all your wifes belongings. Might as well open the garage and let people pick through them. Not a good look. Does it prove guilty, no. But it doesnt help anything. What do you make of the charges. It is not a murder charge but Involuntary Manslaughter and reckless conduct. One of those is a felony. One is a misdemeanor. Involuntary manslaughter is normally when something happens negligently or doing a legal act carrying a gun in an illegal manner. You shoot somebody. So, thats what theyre looking at here. A felony but Involuntary Manslaughter carries a much lesser sentence. But this is just the beginning. These are police warrants. This is going to go to a grand jury. They will hear the evidence. Now, mcivers camp is hopeful that the grand jury will dismiss the whole thing. They have also been complaining that he is to christmas. You know, shes dead. He should not be complaining about the timing of the arrest. Now, does this prove hes guilty . No, but its all going to come out in front of a jury. Now hes had those 1990 charges dismissed. That was settled out of court where he was accused of shooting into the car, a ford mustang of three teens. That went away. Now, theres this. His other problem is hes got too many people talking. Hes got people blaming black lives matter and people saying he woke up. If he was afraid of a carjacking, how did he fall asleep . They said there was a bump in the road. Then there wasnt a bump in the road. So all these people are giving conflicting accounts of what that what happened that night. Thats bad. And any minute hell be going to court for a bond hearing. Lets start with that bombshell google lawsuit encouraging employees to spy on each other and silencing complaints with their confidentiality agreement and, dan, a lot of companies have confidentiality agreements, and whats the difbs of this one. Look, i read through the lawsuit and it seems t confidentiality clause here is pretty similar to confidentiality clauses youd have in a big technologybased company. What the plaintiff is saying that may or may not have merit is that the way googles enforcing it effectively becomes a situation where you cant talk to your spouse, you cant talk to your attorney. They have an inhouse spying agency, they say, that makes sure people dont rat on each other so thats going to be the question here is whether thats actually true, because the claim that this confidentiality agreement is so fundamentally different doesnt hold water. Google issued a statement saying that the suit is baseless. Our employee confidential requirements are designed to protect propriety Business Information while not preventing employees were disclosing workplace concerns. How difficult will this case be to prove for the plaintiff . Yeah, its not an easy case. The first thing that the plaintiff is going to have to overcome is a motion for summary judgment. Ought to be thrown out. There should be no jury in this case and as a legal matter google will say it should end now. If the plaintiff is able to survive that, then theres a shot here. But thats going to be the most important hurdle to overcome now. If you want to complain about Senior Management how safe is it for you to speak up and somehow smart . If the complaint is im not getting a promotion and im better than the guy next to me and thats frustrating for me, im not getting promoted keep that to yourself. Maybe tell that to your colleagues and friends. Tell that to your wife. Exactly, exactly but if the complaint is that my boss is engaging in illegal conduct, in discrimination, et cetera, anything like that, all Major Companies now are set up such that there should be a way to safely report that to an Hr Department and be able to tell them whats happening and n and if that ever happen, thats when you got yourself a lawsuit. The third is assassins creed based on a video game and you know its the young guys in the video gamers in all of us and the picture im looking forward to is fences starring Denzel Washington and viola davis and you can be almost ra sured both of them will get nominations and looks like a beautiful movie testing through the critics love it and see how that does. Happy holidays. So tell us how this all started. You had an apartment on 22nd street kind of far from the north pole. Yeah. Yeah, a little bit. A little bit farther. Chelsea, north pole. Yeah, no, we moved into this apartment and the people that lived there before us who were awesome said you might be getting some letters to santa. We didnt really think anything of it at the time. But then a couple years went by and in 2010 we had over i mean over 300, 400 letters that had come into our mailbox coming every day, 20, batches of 20, 30, 40, every day. It was a really crazy thing in that is crazy. No explanation as to why 22nd and the north pole got mixed up. What made you decide to start answering some of those letters. Yeah, i mean, that was the question i think we had at the time and we both sort of struggled with that and i t this brought out a lot for us to figure out together. I initially thought we should take them to an organization or something. But as we talked with our friends and more and more people wanted to take a letter and fulfill it we had so much response from people that we knew and people that we didnt know that we figured we would at least try to get them fulfilled that first year with our friends and weve since gone on to create a Facebook Page and you see that group, you know, has really come up with the people article. Were just two guys and unofficially teamed up with be an elf. Org taking letters up till Christmas Eve. So inspiring to hear what you do and by the way its such an amazing and lifechanging story for you, i understand its actually going to become a movie . I know. The whole time ts yeah, were working with tina fey to do a movie. Wow, tina fey. Thats amazing. We cant wait to watch the movie. Its so inspirational. Thank you so much for joining us. Thenary very inspiring and speaking of another inspiring story, its about my friend eric legrand, he was a star player on the Rutgers University Football Team before devastating injury ended his career. But its what hes done since thats truly remarkable. Take a look. Fumbled it. Rutgers says they have it. Looks like eric legrand was at the bottom of that pile. Reporter at 62 and 275 pounds eric legrand was a star player on the rutgers Football Team. When one tackle changed his life. Ooh. By eric legrand. Fracturing his c3 and c4 vertebra paralyzing him from the neck down. In 2011 he told espn my body was stuck. Tried to get up but i couldnt. I was like could i pass out, may i die here . Reporter but erics spirit was unbreakable. Its not about the impossible, its about the possible. Reporter his fox Sports Digital Series Mission possible pays tribute to inspiring athletes overcoming adversity. People see wheelchairs. I dont. I see a brotherhood. Reporter like pro wheelchair basketball player jeremy. Did you see that . Bam. Reporter and tommy, 5yearold golf sensation. Im only bilateral woman who ever finished the boston marathon. Not only you, we get your mom karen too which im excited about and so youre so inspiring and do so much for so many people and these stories of Mission Possible is inspiring. What inspires you. It all started when i put together at a Foundation Event for my foundation, you know, Michael Luciano came up to me was paralyzed and told me he did a documentary with this group called Mission Possible and they wanted to tell me all about it. When they came to my house they just came as normal people and i got to meet them and explain how they wanted to pay it forward and show other peoples stories and wanted me to be the host and use my platform to share these stories. I was like, this is what this is perfect and incredible people ive gotten to meet on the journey. They help and inspire me as we get to share their stories each and every day and help me get through my injury and helping them too getting introduced to cool things maybe theyve never been able to do before. And inspires all of us. Karen, you must be so proud of everything hes doing. Michael, yes, im very proud of eric. The fact that hes been able to overcome, you know, just to fight through this injury and accomplish so much and then now he wants to showcase other people and their stories and put, you know, put them in a light where they may not normally have been is just, you know, a testament to his character. [ applause ] yes, very much so. And do you have any for lack of a better word, favorite stories coming out of the ones youre telling. Ive gotten like i said to do incredible ones. One of my Favorite Places to be is down in miami in the 305 down there was cool to get out on a boat and havent been out on a boat since my injury so that was a cool experience and seeing him play basketball but all these stories like 5yearold tommy one arm golfer, just, its crazy watching him. You know on the golf course and guyana and bringing her to the prom. Incredible moment. Her whole family, the email i got that day made me realize i need to do this and seeing those stories with celeste and jamie and it goes on. All of it all of them. I got the perfect person for this. Ive known you a long time and been so active with everything and helped so many people, we wanted to bring you here today to like shine some light on your show on foxsports. Com but told you a little story. I brought you here for more than that. Im going to turn the tables a little bit and going to honor you for everything youve done, okay. And listen to the music of the night and for me still there is something extraordinary whenever i see it. Stick it to the man the story of school of rock had a special resonance for me and i really felt to get back to my roots and do something about kids making music would be great fun.
