Rahul gupta was convicted of stabbing georgetown law student mark waugh last fall. One of the people on board from fairfax. Safe Sergeant Thomas flourish was one of 11 Service Members killed when the blackhawk crashed last week. He was part of the Marine Corps Special Operations Command and was living in louisiana at the time. But he had ties to Fairfax County. The helicopter went down during nighttime training exercises in dense fog. That crash is still under investigation. U. S. Attorney is stepping down. He was appointed under president obama.
