It happened near 27th and hopkins shortly after three vacant duplex thats owned by the city of milwaukee. No injuries were reported. And a female victim is injured after a shooting. This happened near 26th and lisbon around 930 last night. Were told she is in stable condition and is expected to survive. At this point no one is in custody. Two milwaukee men are accused of trying to help isis. The allegations are laid out against the men in a federal complaint. A. J. Bayatpour has the details. Accused of trying to aid a foreign terrorist organization. 30yearold yosvany padillaconde is accused of aiding and abetting him. Both men were arrested on october 5th in san angelo, texas. Its the culmination of a federal investigation. The Us Attorneys Office says ludke contacted an uncover agent online in september. In the conversations that followed, ludke allegedly pledged his allegiance to the leader of isil and said hes both ludke and padillaconde are accused of telling the agent they wanted to go overseas either to iraq or syria. Ludke was already wellknown to the wisconsin legal system. Hes on the state sex offender registry after a 2002 conviction in brown county for 2nddegree Sexual Assault of a child. Nobody did anything they were just watching. They werent calling the cops. My husband had to go outside and get the license plate number and the make of the model. Jessica suffered minor injuries.
