Roeschen told administrators he thought it was a joke and he never intended to kill anyone. The juveniles are being charged as adults and are currently being held in the Racine County juvenile detention center. A criminal complaint stating 15yearold jasminne piechocki and her boyfriend 14yearold darryl roeschen made a kill list. They are students at Karcher Middle school in burlington. School administrators found a pair of scissors in the boyfriends backpack on tuesday. The complaint says he admitted to stealing them from a teacher with the intent to harm himselfbut never did.
