The suspect walked into the store here, said to be in his mid teens to early 20s, with that sawedoff shotgun or rifle, and ran out having shot a customer. Police were able to download images of the suspect as he ran away, still clearly caring that responding officers trying to treat the victim and found he had a gunshot wound to his arm, but is expected to be ok. The deputy chief confirms the man was shot while trying to disarm and stop the gunmen. This is after she says she gave birth to a baby girl and the baby died. As wisn 12 news terry sater reports new on the woman says 12, she told a corrections officer she was going into labor and nothing was done. This is 30yearold shade swayzer. In july she says she gave birth to a healthy baby girl while in the Milwaukee County jail but received no medical help in a maximum security unit. Jason jankowski is her attorney and filed a notice of claim for i lawsuit against the sheriff. She had to spend 23 hours a day locked in herself in her cell with very little contact or medical treatment. The notice of claim says before swayzer was booked into the jail, Glendale Police took her to the hospital where she was told her unborn child was viable and her pregnancy was progressing normally. The claim goes on to say that eight days after she was booked into jail, she went into labor had broken. And asked him to get a nurse. But instead, he didnt call a doctor, he didnt call a nurse, he didnt even open the door. He just laughed at her and kept moving. The Attorney Says shade is bipolar and schizophrenic and , while in jail was never given her prescribed prenatal medications, Mental Health medications, or seen by a licensed obstetrician, gynecologist, or any medical doctor. So two and a half hours after the baby had been born and six and a half hours after she had gone into l t and jankowski says thats also when they noticed the baby was dead. Police say Hector Acevedo kicked the victim in the head and stomach after she asked him to leave. The complaint doesnt say whether the fetus was harmed. Police say acevedo got the injuries you see here in his mugshot jumping out a window. A mukwonago man is facing battery charges for allegedly hitting his girlfriend near some train tracks right before she was hit by the train. It happened monday night just north of county highway n. N. According to the criminal complaint, kelsey bilicki called her mother and said brandon up. When her mother arrived a few minutes later, the train had already hit kelsey. She suffered serious injuries and has been unconscious ever since. Police are waiting to view Surveillance Video from the train to find out more about what happened. More than 15,000. We had a factory on the east side of milwaukee. Datz provided this baby grand for elton john and alicia keys when they played here.
