Wisn 12 news terry sater has been in lake geneva all day, investigating the charges. Terry 17yearold blake dodd of lake geneva is charged as an adult. Accused of taking pictures of himself and another teen having sex with a 16yearold girl. Sending the photo, and showing it to friends. The criminal complaint indicates the School Resource officer first became aware of the allegations of a sexual assault, and the possibility photos of the victim were being shown at school in february, during last school year. The School District tells me the principal wasnt made aware of the seriousness of the allegations, until last thursday. And they didnt start an investigation until monday. Lake Geneva Police say dodd was interviewed by a Walworth County sheriffs detective at school, in february. And School Officials would have known, because dodd was pulled from class. Felony criminal charges were filed against blake dodd on september 20. And Court Records indicate earlier in the month, on september 7, he had his First Contact with the court. Badger High School Football stats show, two days later, he played football out here for badger high school.
