An offduty Milwaukee Police officer is arrested for driving drunk and hitting an mpd squad car. The officer has 22 years of experience, the officer she hit in the squad car was taken to a hospital with minor injuries. Convicted in a hit and run crash that killed a germantown father and husband will spend in jail. The alleged victim says when he eventually came to, he discovered gaines assaulting him without his consent and called police. Charges, and up to forty years in prison, if convicted.
