Meantime, a nineyearold milwaukee boy shot apparently by his younger brother is improving while their mother is in jail for leaving the gun within reach. Police say she moved the gun to the kitchen counter as she was cleaning yesterday afternoon. That is when her sixyearold got hold of it and fired.
