Nicolle, the question, is donald trump unstoppable . He seems to have the momentum and has two big wins under his belt. Flip it the other way around. Can ted cruz or marco rubio win . I think its a harder question to answer. It would be defying decades of political history to seize the nomination in marco rubios case, after coming in third, fifth and second, and ted cruzs case, he hasnt won since iowa. It is possible. In my view, it is increasingly unlikely. Mark, the argument from a lot of republicans is, if you get fight, its the way to beat him. I guess the question for me is, which of the candidates, whether marco rubio, ted cruz or john kasich, gives up the fight at this point, given how well theyve been doing in the second place slot . None of them give it up. All of them think that somehow, trump can be eventually stopped when its one on one. Youve got the contest here tomorrow, and then super tuesday a week from tomorrow. I think its increasingly as nicolle said increasingly hard to come up with a scenario where any of the three can stop him, unless they get one on one. Republicans are talking about unorthodox supporters. Maybe try to simply stop trump from getting a majority of the delegates. All three scenarios are, at this point, not just unlikely, but may be improbable, unless something changes. We need to kav yachtcaveat it. Maybe trump are will falter or something strange will happen. If you look at political history, trump is in a mark, does the calendar favor him, the states coming up next and the fact they turn to winner takes ss all in a little while . Winner take off is a way that could hurt trump. Say in ohio or florida, home state politician could win a winner take off state and get momentum. Trump, both demographically and geographically, doesnt have weaknesses. A guy that can win New Hampshire decisively and South Carolina decisively tells you a lot of what you need to know. Hell probably win here tomorrow. A northeastern, southern and western powerhouse. Its up to the others candidates to decide, do they all stay in, and how do they explain how they eventually stop him . The voters need to decide this. Also this morning, disturbing new information emerging about the uber driver suspected of killing six people during a weekend shooting ram pain in kalamazoo, michigan. This is where that driver is expected to be charged later today in the deaths of two people and the injury of two others in the shooting spree. Investigators say they have a gun. They have surveillance video. They still dont know why. Reporter this is the man police say went on a rampage in kalamazoo. 45yearold jason dalton. A husband and father of two, allegedly shooting his victims at random. They werent targeted for any reason other than they were there to be a target. Reporter dalton is an uber driver, and police are looking into reports he picked up and dropped off fares in the six hours between the first shooting and when he was caught. One of the passengers spoke with nbc news by telephone. I kind of jokingly said to the driver, youre not the shooter, are you . He shook his head or said no. Got up into the room and they say the news. I said, thats the car that we were in. Reporter sububer says theyre horrified and heartbroken. They did a background check and dalton did not have a political record. The locations, apartment complex, a car dealership and the parking lot of a crackerbarrel restaurant. Among the dead, four women returning from a play. They had car pooled to save money and were swapping cars when the shots ss rang out. Camille, who worked for years as will now testify in a civil suit brought by seven women who allege they were sexually assaulted by bill cosby and claim his denials are defamation. Cosbys team filed this motion late saturday, arguing camille was being forced to testify at a public and unsecured venue, creating an unnecessary media circus and personal security threat. In the end, a judge ruled it should go forward. The couple is rarely seen together in public these days. One of their last appearances was over a year ago. Thank you. According to researchers at the university of pennsylvania, there has been a dramatic increase in Overdose Deaths related to prescription drugs used to create anxiety to insomnia insomnia. Dr. Natalie azar is a news medical editor. Good morning. Good morning. This is a class of drugs. Will recognize . These drugs, the ones people will know, are valium, xanax, klonopin, librium, in the middle of the 20th century. These are used to treat insomnia, mood disorders. Well talk about some of the specifics. Okay. Anxiety. Insomnia, i hadnt used these drugs used for that. Where this data comes from actually, from 2013, when the study period ended. Three most common indications that these drugs were prescribed for her anxiety, mood disorders and insomnia. Theyre also used to treat other things. They can be used as muscle relaxants, used to treat alcohol withdrawals and things like that. These are the common reasons for the drugs. Lets get to the heart of the matter. You overuse, overdose, and use with other things like alcohol. Exactly. Basically, what the study found, what the study authors found, is 1996 to 2013, the number of adults who filled these prescriptionscrine ss increased by 67 . More concerning with this statistic, the number of deaths increased almost four fold. The number of prescriptions were increasing three times as much, but the number of deaths increased by four times, or more than four fold. Is it because theyre mixing these the benzos, as theyre called, with prescription drugs . Right. Theres no immediate explanation for this. What the study authors suggested is its not only a combination of using these drugs with other substances, such as opioids and alcohol, which, when used in combination, marginalizing the safety of the drugs. Not only the fact that the prescriptions increased but the quantity almost doubled. Each individual person might actually be using twice as much as they should be. Or using it for a longer duration. All of which increases the risk one of the take aways when i was reading about this seems to be to providers, to maybe not be so liberal in prescribing these if there is Something Else that might work as effectively. Exactly. The issue is, why are we prescribing these drugs as providers . Is there a safety net . Is there a safety mechanism in place . Is it up to the pharmacist to look for a drug interaction . We have the canned tomatoes, salt and pepper, oil. Its like a fiveminute meal. Crowd sausage. You can use any protein. My mom uses shrimp and i sometimes use chicken. Whatever you have in the pantry or the fridge, not the pantry. You want to refrigerate your meat. Little bit of oil. You can get over here and stir. Yup. Basically, we want to make sure its not pink. As soon as the sausage starts to you can buy tomatoes with oregano and garlic if you want. You can let it simmer 5 to 10 minutes. Then well add the tapers. They add salt, hint of lemon, a lot of flavor for a little thing. Your sauce is the crushed tomatoes. Basically. With crushed tomatoes in a can, you can do anything. Its a base for almost anything. Always taste as you go. Its the one thing that people dont do. Taste it and see how much salt and pepper. Speaking of tasting, we have our tasting crew downstairs. Phenomenal. Really good. Its the simple things you forget that taste so good. Im glad you like it. Salt and pepper. Crushed red pepper is nice for extra fire.
