A lawyer for medal of honor recipient Kyle Carpenter is defending carpenter from accusations of hit and run. Carpenter was arrested for an incident on carpenter hit a man walking at assembly and blossom street, then left the scene. Carpenters lawyer released a statement saying carpenter didnt think the man was hurt.
