An expert says it all points now if hes driving a hundred Miles Per Hour to get away from the people with the gun, if thats what happened and if thats what the jury then he has a complete defense. Because hes been compelled to escape from serious injury. Now the drinking complicates it. While police did impound the cadillac. They stress they dont know for certain there was a chase. A des moines woman is behind bars for her role in a fatal crash. 53 year old deanna gliem is facing four counts of vehicular homicide. She is being held in the polk county jail on a 120 thousand dollar bond. Police say she was drunk and speeding when she crashed into another car along hubbell avenue earlier this month. 60 year old rick hummel and 59 year old Randy Sonnenburg were killed. Witnesses say gliem was driving twice the speed limit at the time of the crash. Meanwhile the man accused of committing waukees first murder in decades says hes not guilty. 41 year old Brendan Mcguinness was arraigned yesterday. Police say old gino risola in the driveway of his home on november 7th. They have not identified a motive in the case. Mcguinness will stand trial on february 1st. A man is in custody. Faces four counts of assault with intent to commit sexual abuse and three counts of third degree harassment. Police say he verbally and physically attacked people on campus on november 10th.
