Coli. As city inspectors say they found three violations at the restaurant. And chipotle says City Health Officials agree with them that the pattern among the sickened students looks more like norovirus than e. Coli which sickened 50 customers in nine states. Norovirus is spread from contaminated people or surfaces. Among the violations city inspectors say they found at chipotle was hot steak and chicken founds if not at the required temperature. And employee allowed to work sick last thursday even though they shouldnt have been there. And a manager not doing his or her job preventing spread of illness. City inspectors couldnt say whether any of these violations led to the sickness. We have statutory requirements that every restaurant is required to attain. Are any of these critical violations . Yes, they are. The food temperature ones is critical. Employee is critical. And then you know, the temporary suspension of the permit because of the report. They are critical violations. There are now questions about whether those cats and dogs should have even been in that facility in the first place. 7 news uncovered some past problems with this animal shelter. And cats in cages in the same room with dogs. Perhaps most notable this report dated july, 2014. Inspectors called the conditions at the shelter a fire hazard.
