Police say this is 50yearold james derpinitigni from lawrence and has been arrested and held in lawrence at this hour where he was booked on that charge of policing a hoax device. We are told a last known address of his is in lawrence general hospital. The bomb squad was brought in to check things out and at this time Officials Say there is no credible threat. Hernandez was immediately taken out of general population and put into a segregated unit at the prison.
