This court paperwork, we obtained in lawrence district court, showed that wanda rosa modified her abuse prevention order that she took out against more time with their 4yearold son and they could do things as a family, but she was still concerned about her safety and her sons, as de la rosa had just gotten out of prison for four years after pleading guilty to assault and kidnapping charges. Now, heres a look at a prior mug shot that was just provided by police, court paperwork obtained by fox 25 news shows in 2012, de la rosa grabbed ms. Rosa and pointed the gun at her stomach area and forced her head down in to t attempting to suffocate her. He tried to get he started to twist her neck as if trying to snap her neck and forced her to open a bag and as she opened it, she realized the bag was full of duct tape, wrist tape and a rope with a clear paper inside. Now, court paperwork shows that de la rosa had planned to drive down to florida with both wanda rosa and their young son at the time, just a baby, all the way what wanda rosa was able to do was as he went to a nearby store in new jersey, she was able to hop out of the car with her son, and run and call police. State police arrived. Now, we were just in nearby lawrence watching as officers were trying to get information about the whereabouts of del rotes. De la rosa. Water crews took me up this hill thats built on top of the water tanks where, for a second time in two months, someones broken the locks to the tanks that hold the town of concords water supply.
