But its right in between were seeing precipitation start to fill in and yes, weve got some rainshowers out there, especially down across the southeast. But this area in nsync is where were seeing that freezing drizzle that freezing rain and a glaze of ice is expected. So very tricky travel over the next several hours. I wanted to tell you the Current Conditions 40s right now for the cape and islands 30s along the south shore. Into boston were above freezing finally so you dont have to go too far. You go along 128 sure enough were right above the freezing mark. As you head to the north and west were in the 20s and 30s. So as you head into the parts of New Hampshire where pink thats where youre likely going see some slick frost out there. Getting reports of some low visibility too, some fog, dense fog in the spots. Visibility down to less than a mile from bedford to worcester up through fitchburg. Again where we do have areas of fog and mist where it is freezing. That mist will freeze on contact to trees, to cars, to driveways, to sidewalks. So just be careful if youre going to be stepping outside. Were going to be talking about icy conditions through the night. Now the boston points southward likely going to be just mainly rainshowers. Noticing right around 1 30 were still dealing with temperatures below freezing to the north and west. The good news is by the time you get out the door were starting to dry out through central parts of the state still dealing with some lingering showers some black ice to the north and west.
