Reporter in a concord courtroom today donald lavec sat in an orange jumpsuit looking far different from the photo seen here on the website of his former employer. Shaker Rhodes School a private school on a quiet New Hampshire road. Investigators say it was here at the middle school when lavec was an assistant teacher and football and soccer coach that he met at least one of his three alleged victims. According to court documents, lavec engaged in a sexually explicit. Lavec and other victims could text sexually explicit photos and that lavec met with one victim for sexual acts sometimes in his car several times over a period told fox 25 they had no idea about the investigation and that lavec resigned from shaker road over a year ago. He was also involved with a school camp shaker program for over a decade. But the head of the school wouldnt comment on that. Sheriff deputies arrested lavec last week on multiple charges, including endangering the welfare of a child and aggravated sexual assault. After his resignation at shaker rhodes lavec coached team. The president of that team ray ramo is also an attorney and represented lavec in court here today but he did not return our calls seeking comment about his involvement with that team.
