Volusia county investigators will be back out in a few hours to resume the search for human remains in Volusia County. A surveyor spotted the remains yesterday off of international boulevard. And action 9 news Kimberly Eiten is live. Reporter investigators plan to pick the search up later on this morning in daylight showers. Yesterday we watched deputies go 100 yards into the woods speedway boulevard looking for human bones. Now, we told you yesterday afternoon a Land Surveyor spotted a piece of a skull in the woods near red john road. That started a search effort with Volusia County deputies. And the place is very swampy and not a place where there is homeless camps. The deputies will be back out today. They know the remains found yesterday have been in the woods have some time, as far as who they may belong to it is still too early to tell. We will be working to locate anymore that might be in the area and get those in for testing which will hopefully identify the person and bring closure. Reporter now, we asked investigators if the remains murder cases in Volusia County. Reporting live, Kimberly Eiten. One of the murder cases we are asking about is soares and her two children. They are waiting for the state legislature to come up with a new procedure for the death sentence. And lawmakers reached an agreement to fix the states Death Penalty law. The Florida House passed a Death Penalty bill yesterday. Requiring 10 out of 12 jurors recommend execution. The senate is expected to approve the bill. New this morning two men facing charges in the deadly glitz ultra shooting are in the jail. We got this mugshot of ruzero. We were there last night as he was arrested and released on bond after the shooting, but facing news charges. Two men were killed in the shooting. Police have not said what led to the new charges. Today former Brevard County student was found with guns and ammunition will be back in federal court. In december, they found 200 rounds of ammunition in the hotel room and storage unit. If convicted on the gun charges he is facing up to 10 years in prison. Four days after Police Believe a woman gave birth in a parking lot there is no sign of the newborn. We have been following the search for baby willow that spread from the apartment complex to a sewer system yesterday. Unbelievable. Action 9 news janai norman is back at the Orange County jail. And her mother is still in jail and not helping with the church. Richardson has not been helpful in finding baby willow since before Police Arrested her and booked her on child neglect charges. This morning there is no sign of baby willow even after crews sent cameras into sewers looking for traces of the infant on thursday. It was monday that police were called out to the apartment complex and found evidence of child birth, including placenta and blood, but no baby. Now, neighbors want the search expanded. Lewis is saying Susan Richardson would walk behind the warehouse and past this ponds on her way to 7eleven. And police have not been able to confirm richardsons claim that she dropped the baby off. So neighbors want answers. Of that up in there and make sure that they find the baby. Reporter richardson could walk out of bail every time after she posts her 50,000 bond.
