A 13yearold girl describes what she saw just before the suspect fired several shots. He came in the store, quietly and went behind the counter. I saw him with a gun in his hand. Reporter police told us the suspect am a 34yearold roy stevens, rob the store. Eyewitnesses helped Police Tracked down his vehicle in the area of longstreet and lee avenue. A controversial proposal concerning gay marriage in a state senate is set to consider the pastor protected act on tuesday. Also tuesday we could find out if the state senate will approve a bill that would give terminally ill patients access to medical marijuana.
