There are still a lot of Unanswered Questions about how the shooters got inside of that club. Who owns the club and how many innocent people were caught in the shooting. Julie salamon is live at Orlando Regional Medical Center where a majority of those victims were taking. Team coverage begins with information from the scene. Police say there were as many as three shooters . Reporter right now Orlando Police are working to track down those shooters. Still a very active scene. Several units with opd out here. Crime scene investigation bands are parked outside of the club. Mother is a lot going on outside here in the parking lot the majority of this investigation is going on behind those doors where they say shots were fired while 300 people were inside. Orlando police cars lit up universal boulevard as officers shut down the street near carrier drive following a shooting inside glitz ultra lounge. Two have died. Reporter according to investigators shot rang out just before 1 am in the club. Police told us that three extra Duty Officers were working inside the club when they reported hearing shots fired. Detectives believe at least three shooters opened fire, killing two and injuring 10 area hospitals. One is critical in the other ones are being treated with nonlife threatening injuries. Reporter investigators said the club had extensive security. They have their own security. They have an extensive Security System inside. They were checking folks as they came in the club. Reporter detectives are still working to find out how three guns made it inside the club. We know we know there could have been as many as three shooters. Reporter this is not the first time opd has responded to a shooting here. It was three months ago two people were shot in the parking lot. They survived their injuries. Officers fired their weapons. They told us at this point they did not, none of their officers were injured in any of this. Right now we are working to get surveillance videos from inside of the club. They say they are reviewing to track down these three shooters. If you look behind me you can see there are vehicles still in this parking lot. We believe those may have been people that were inside when all of this was going on. We are waiting for them to return to retrieve those vehicles where we can speak to them and ask if they know what led up to this shooting this morning. Reporting from orlando with Eyewitness News. Reporter i reached out to the owner by phone, email and stopped by his house. The majority of the victims Regional Medical center. I spoke with the wife of one of the victims who told me her husband died early this morning. Orlando police said approximately 300 people were inside glitz ultra lounge when as many as three people started shooting. They have not said two people died. One said the nightclub, another later at a hospital. Eight others were taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center. One in Critical Condition. The rest are being treated for nonlifethreatening injuries. Two others went to Doctor Phillips hospital. One person with a gunshot wound, the other was hurt trying to get out of the club. Eyewitness news found out the name of the club owner. One answered. I love my card and sent a message using a form on the clubs website. I reached out to the club owner using several numbers we located. I reached his nephew who is now working to try to get us a comment. We will be on top of this story all day.
